this error occurred when a blogger was trying to log into their Blogger.com blog account after converting their blogger.com account to their Google account.

However they did find (and posted) a solution:

"I solved the problem.......It seames I had old blogger cookies laying around, that still referenced my old account, that I used before I switched to my google account................"
