someone reported that they got this bx error code when they clicked on one of the Adsense ads on their blog.

To put it bluntly, you are NOT supposed to click on your own Adsense ads! If you continue to do this you run the risk of losing your Adsense account all together! And since people use Adsense to make money with their blogs and websites - I don't think that is a chance that you will want to risk!
