this bx error code occurred when a blogger was trying to change the "links" in their blog. After they changed the links and tried to publish their blog they got this bx error code.

Now it could be a problem of whether or not the change that they made to the links may have resulted in a corrupted or missing coding - both are reasons that Blogger.com won't accept a change!
