someone posted that they got this bx error code when they were trying to set up a new domain address. They also mentioned something about Google taking payment from their credit card.

I don't what they are talking about when they mention Google "taking payment" but they seem to think that this has something to do with the reason that they got this bx error code. - which I really don't think is the case!
