this bx error code occurred when trying to modify one's template.
you have to be careful when modifying your blog's template. Hopefully you will know enough about html programming and coding when you try to modify it!
It is also a very good idea to back up your blog's original template
BEFORE
you attempt to modify it!
I know that it probably will seem like a hassle to do this but citing the bx error code above should be motivation enough for you to make a back up of your original blog's template.
Usually when you get a bx error code for the reason cited above (modifying one's template) it means that the changes / modifications that you made have corrupted the template and therefore it won't be accepted by Blogger.
