Although it is rumored that this particular bx error code is associated with adding pictures to one's post this has turned out to be only a rumor because this specific bx error code has been posted about before and there was no mention of trying to add photos to one's blog post(s).

As far as being able to publish one's blog post(s), I have found that the bypass procedure works very well for this kind of thing because I have used it myself in the past.
