this is a bx error code that is associated with trying to either create or edit one's blogger.com profile.

Hopefully there is a fix on the way.

However it has been some time since this type of bx error code has been reported / posted about.

Most of the current bx error codes being mentioned have to do with adding a third-party template or being able to publish a new blog entry.
