bx error code received when a blogger was trying to add a gadget to the footer of their blog.

I have had this kind of problem when trying to add a footer gadget to my Different Blog Layouts Blog and the reason I found for getting one of those bx error codes was because the blog template that I was using (at the time) didn't provide for adding gadgets to the footer (or bottom) of the blog.
