Here is what someone posted about this particular bx error code:

"I want to edit my HTML. I am trying to update my blog and i wanted a new Template. I got a free one on ..... and I went to edit my HTML and it didn't work. I got this error code: bX-drsmql. Anyone able to help? by the way, none of the templates worked on this blog, whereas they all worked on my other blog."

Here is a solution that someone else posted:

Verify the template is compatible with your Blogger account. If you use the 'classic' templates, the template must be XHTML based. If you use the newer 'layout' templates, the template must be XML based.
