So far 3 different people have reported this specific bx error code number.

The person below was just trying to open their blog so that they could see it.

Here is how that one person posted how they solved the problem:

"I closed Firefox and tried again twice, receiving the same message.

I just logged into Blogger and drafted a new post, and was able to
"View Blog" from my dashboard. After that, I was able to open the
blog normally"
